* Customizations and modifications will affect the Assessment Fee. The non-refundable
Assessment Fee of PHP 10,000 + VAT (PHP 11,200) will be adjusted based on the nature of
requests made. Below are the estimated Assessment Fee for the types of
modification/customization.

**The Assessment Fee will be used to prepare the Assessment Report. It is NOT the construction cost. The cost of the actual customizations and modifications will be reflected in the final contract price in the Agreement.

By submitting this form, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

BillionBricks (BB) reserves the right to reject the request if the requested modification or customization is deemed too complex.

The Client will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their request within five (5) working days from the submission of this form and the complete documents.

The evaluation of the Assessment Fee will depend on the information provided in this RFI and the submitted documents; incomplete requirements may result in delays or inaccurate evaluations, or additional fees.

This RFI is for information-gathering purposes only, and the Terms & Conditions (T&C) shall serve as the final and binding reference.

By submitting this form, the Client warrants that the information provided in this form is true, complete, and correct to the best of the Client’s knowledge. It likewise authorizes BB to use the information herein to to prepare the initial base design.
