* Customizations and modifications will affect the Assessment Fee. The non-refundable
Assessment Fee of PHP 10,000 + VAT (PHP 11,200) will be adjusted based on the nature of
requests made. Below are the estimated Assessment Fee for the types of
modification/customization.

New interior design (e.g., full redesign of the home’s interiors, including new kitchen and bathroom layouts, integrated furniture and lighting concepts, and the use of different finishes and materials throughout the house) Starts at PHP 60,000
Major design changes (e.g., substantial revisions such as adding a new toilet, shifting or reconfiguring walls, making any additions, deletions, or extensions to the house, or implementing changes that require new structural or MEP—Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing—drawings) Starts at PHP 75,000

**The Assessment Fee will be used to prepare the Assessment Report. It is NOT the construction cost. The cost of the actual customizations and modifications will be reflected in the final contract price in the Agreement.
