Solar Roofing System

PowerShade replaces traditional roofing materials with an innovative clamping system and photovoltaic panels.

It functions simultaneously as structure, weather protection, and energy generator, reducing material use while producing clean power on site. This approach transforms every roof into a productive surface. Powering daily life while maintaining architectural integrity.

Integrated Design

Unlike traditional solar setups, PowerShade replaces the entire roof system. It serves as both the building’s weatherproof shell and its power generator, eliminating redundant materials.

Material Efficiency

Each PowerShade installation uses around 4% less material than a conventional roof-plus-solar combination. This reduces embodied carbon and simplifies the construction process.

Energy Generation

The system produces 4–6 kWp per home, enough to meet 100% of a typical household’s electricity demand and export excess energy to the grid or community system.

Long-Term Durability

PowerShade is designed for tropical climates, capable of withstanding high winds and heavy rainfall. Each system is corrosion-resistant and built for a 25-year service life.

How PowerShade performs in real life

We simulate heavy rain to check how PowerShade handles water. The clamping system, panels, and roof details are all checked for leaks and water paths so rain stays outside and interiors stay dry and protected.

Sensors track how heat moves through the roof across the day. This helps us fine-tune how PowerShade keeps spaces cooler, reduces heat build-up, and maintains a more comfortable indoor environment compared to a typical metal roof.

We observe how PowerShade responds to everyday noise, rain on the roof, nearby traffic, and activity outside. The system is designed to reduce harsh sound, so your space feels calmer and quieter.
