Open Positions

The Role 

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Partner Development Manager to lead partner developer engagement, manage relationships, and oversee business development initiatives. He/she will be working closely with the CEO/founder and play a critical role in shaping the strategy for partner development and management, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving long-term partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to enhance our client offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder management within infrastructure or complex multi-party environments, paired with a client-centric mindset to deliver and manage projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

The Role

  • We’re seeking an effective candidate Solar Engineer with strong solar electrical design and engineering experience with solar farms in the Philippines for the BillionBricks Community.
  • Undertake energy production and site conditions assessments
  • Perform necessary site visits, solar data processing and quality checking, correlation analysis, review of energy losses, statistical analysis and reporting;
  • Produce and present detailed reports which review the feasibility of sites for development which will include feasibility studies, layout optimization, shadow assessment, and visual impact assessment;
  • Analyse interconnection due diligence materials to support project acquisition efforts;
  • Liaise/Interface with a wide range of stakeholders from solar developers / Governmental bodies to financial institutions;
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure they are completed within timescale and budget;
  • Develop designs using advanced computer software (PVsyst, Sunny Design, AutoCAD) in finalizing specifications

Skills & Experience

  • Licensed engineer, preferably in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role in solar PV energy, renewable project development and transmission planning
  • Experience international solar PV project developers and/or solar EPC service providers an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge in solar PV energy industry software (i.e. PVSyst, PVPlanner), tools for statistical analysis of data (Access, SQL) and measurement techniques

The Role

We’re seeking an effective Project Architect to assist in overall planning, execution and monitoring of Billion Bricks projects. You will be working mostly on-site to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

  • Ensure that designs and plans are executed in actual construction

  • Evaluate and review the designs and plans before, during and after execution

  • Serve as main liaison for the team, consultants, suppliers and contractors

  • Ensure that minutes of the meetings, projects status report, site inspection reports are updated and correct

  • Monitor performance of the contractor/sub-contractor and identify, raise and handle any quality issues

  • Reports progress and plans to Senior Architect / Chief Design Officer

  • Support in designing and conceptualising the company’s sustainable homes and communities (with company consultants and architects)

  • Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

  • Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations

  • Assist in materials selection, specifications, materials take off, costs estimating and other design / construction issues

The Role

We’re seeking an effective Junior Finance & Administrator to ensure proper operations of the company. You will:

Finance

  • Maintaining records and checking of all financial transactions including monthly reimbursements, expenses and payroll

  • Understand our homeowners requirements and the company vision and translate into application features.

  • Design creative prototypes according to specifications

  • Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
